GA Networking Group Breakfast

All men and women in the Gilmour community are invited to attend these networking breakfasts on the first Thursday of each month.
 
This month's featured speaker will be Andrew Frawley (Elizabeth '23 and Katherine '25). Andrew is a Senior Managing Director and the Group Head for Loan Syndications, Loan Sales and Trading and Junior Capital at Huntington Capital Markets, where he has worked since 2017. He also serves as the President of the Board of Directors for Zelie’s Home in Garfield Heights. Zelie’s Home is a caring community that empowers pregnant and parenting women to take positive and effective action on behalf of themselves and their children by providing physical, emotional, spiritual and professional support. Andrew’s talk will focus on the important work done by Zelie’s Home to create a community where women thrive as they embrace motherhood.
 
In his role at Huntington Capital Markets, Andrew is responsible for efforts in sourcing and executing private capital transactions, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with the investment community.
 
He works across a wide range of industries on numerous private capital structures, including senior secured debt, junior debt, second lien debt, unsecured debt, preferred stock, common stock, recapitalizations and PIPEs. He has extensive experience in M&A, including both control and non-control transactions.
