Transportation Reimbursement

If your public school district does not provide bus service, you may be entitled to reimbursements or tax credits. Contact your local board of education for more information.
Gilmour Shuttle Service
We may offer a limited number of transportation services to our students based upon need, location and sufficient demand.* Parents are responsible for coordinating transportation for their child.

Fees for this service are based on the miles between the student’s pick-up/drop-off point and Gilmour Academy. Pick-up/drop-off points may be either a residence or a group stop based upon the routes determined by the Transportation Department.

Transportation fees will be billed in early September, either in full or added to a monthly payment plan.
Parents can request transportation when they complete school forms online in the spring.

- Moreland Hills/Bedford Hts./Aurora/Solon
- Cleveland/Cleveland Hts./Richmond Hts.
- Beachwood/Warrensville Hts./Cleveland Hts./Shaker Hts.
- Richfield/Hinkley/Parma/Berea/Strongsville/Broadview Hts.

July 21, 2025	GA provides tentative costs. At this point all routes are tentative.
July 28, 2025	Deadline for parents to respond with signed acceptance contract
Weeks of August 4 and 11, 2025 Weekends of August 8 and 15, 2025	Each driver runs through their route and establishes definite pickup times and pick-up and drop-off locations. Some pick-up and drop-off locations may have to be agreed upon between the driver and parents.
The week and the weekend before the first day of school	Each driver will contact the parents to introduce themselves and to exchange contact telephone numbers. The driver will provide the established pick-up and drop-off locations and times, and any other pertinent information.
