It is important that each family consider transportation arrangements to and from Gilmour for the 2021-2022 school year. You may have one or more existing transportation options available to you. Transportation service requests are made online via FinalForms starting June 1.

  • Public School District Bus Service

    Contact your local board of education to learn more about details and eligibility requirements.

  • Transportation Reimbursement

    If your public school district does not provide bus service, you may be entitled to reimbursements or tax credits. Contact your local board of education for more information.
  • Gilmour Shuttle Service

    We may offer a limited number of transportation services to our students based upon need, location and sufficient demand. Parents are responsible for coordinating transportation for their child.
     
    Fees for this service are based on the miles between the student’s home and Gilmour Academy at the IRS reimbursable mileage rate, currently $0.575 per mile.
     
    Transportation fees will be billed in early September, either in full or added to a monthly payment plan.
     
    Parents can request transportation when they complete school forms online in the spring.
