Family Campus Tour
This is an opportunity to tour campus with one of our Admission team members and ask questions while allowing us the chance to get to know more about your family and your student.
  • A Family Campus Tour is a required step in the application process for all grades.
  • Students interested in K-12 are encouraged to attend with their parent(s).
  • Tours last about an hour and are led by a member of our Admission team.
  • Sign up for a time slot via your child’s online application (you must have completed an Inquiry form in order to access your child’s online application).
  • If you prefer a virtual meeting option, after selecting a time slot, contact the Admission Office at (440) 473-8050 or admission@gilmour.org to let them know that your visit will be virtual and they will provide you a meeting link.
  • A variety of tour/meeting times are available.
 
In-Person Student Visit Days
Shadow Experience — Grades 7-12
  • The Shadow Experience is an encouraged, but not required, step in the application process. This is a great opportunity for students to experience our dynamic faculty and small class sizes.
  • Shadow Experiences for students entering Grades 9-12 begin at 7:50 a.m. and conclude at 12 p.m.
  • Families are encouraged to complete the Family Campus Tour or attend a Prospective Parent Coffee prior to the student's Shadow Experience.
  • Students may request to shadow a specific current GA student or a specific subject. Requests will be dependent on daily schedules and lesson plans.
  • Sign up via your child's online application (after completing an Inquiry form).
  • A variety of days are available, Tuesday-Friday.
 
Shadow Experience — Grades 1-6
  • Experience a day in the life of a Lancer.
  • Select days are available in January.
  • Once your application is complete, we will contact you to schedule your half-day shadow.
 
Screenings — Preschool - Kindergarten
  • Children will experience an interactive visit with teachers.
  • Select days are available in January.
  • Once your application is complete, we will contact you to schedule your visit.
