This month’s featured speaker is Dominic Coletta, father of Dominic '25, Connor '27 and Lucy '28 and husband of Jackie Pawlowski Coletta '96. Dominic will discuss what he is seeing in our communities that impact our teens, including sexually related offenses, vape shops, gun violence and traffic cameras.Dominic was first elected Judge of the Lyndhurst Municipal Court in 2017 and was re-elected in 2023. Dominic received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Miami University in 2001 and his Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2004. Prior to taking the bench, he was a partner at Synenberg, Coletta & Moran, LLC in Cleveland, Ohio where his practice focused on criminal defense. The Court’s jurisdiction includes Gates Mills, Highland Heights, Lyndhurst, Mayfield Heights, Mayfield Village, and Richmond Heights. Dominic oversees an annual case load of over 10,000, which includes misdemeanor and felony offenses, traffic offenses and civil cases. Dominic served as the President of the Northern Ohio Municipal Judges Association in 2023 and 2024.
Beginning in 2023, Dominic has addressed the freshman class at
Gilmour during Awareness Week regarding the dangers of substance abuse, social media and sexting.Tudor Lounge -
