Networking Breakfast

Tudor House
All men and women of the Gilmour community are invited to join us for the September Networking Breakfast.

This month's featured speaker will be Rick Ludlow (Lauren '25). Rick works for Siemens Industry as an OEM Account Manager responsible for the northern Ohio market. Siemens is a global innovator focusing on digitalization, electrification and automation for the process and manufacturing industries, and is a leader in power generation and distribution, intelligent infrastructure and distributed energy systems. For nearly 175 years, the company has developed technologies that support multiple American industries including manufacturing, energy, healthcare and infrastructure.

Born and raised in the Buffalo, NY area, Rick received his AAS in mechanical technology from Erie Community College, and his BS in electro-mechanical engineering from SUNY College at Buffalo. After college, Rick has held various positions throughout his career, all focused on automation of machines, equipment and processes in various industries. Rick will be discussing how advances in automation are impacting the workforce while improving machine safety and efficiency, and how digitalization and artificial intelligence technologies decrease our time to market.

Rick and his wife, Karen, are parents to Lauren '25, a member of the National Honor Society, co-captain of the figure skating team and first-year member of the golf team. She enjoys weightlifting as well.

In his free time, Rick enjoys playing golf and cheering for Cleveland sports teams as well as his beloved Buffalo Bills.
