Michael Habeeb, father of Brie ’25, is the President of Action Industrial and Consulting (AIC). Through AIC and because of his knowledge and understanding of vintage electrical equipment, Michael works with contractors and demolition companies to maximize the potential property value when dismantling or repurposing properties. In addition, Michael works with businesses across the country involved in the surplus electrical equipment market to improve their online marketing and sales presence. He also buys and sells used and surplus electrical equipment.
Michael became involved in the used electrical equipment industry during his 16-year tenure at North American Switchgear in Cleveland. During his time at NAS, he developed a vast knowledge of vintage electrical equipment and became a nationally known player in the niche market of the surplus electrical equipment world – most specifically, circuit breakers and motor control equipment manufactured over the past 65 years.
Michael grew up in Middleburg Heights and attended Midpark High School. He and his wife, Kristen, currently reside in Independence and have three daughters - Julia (age 20), who attends Ohio University; Sadie (age 19), who attends Denison University; and Brie ‘25 at Gilmour. Michael is a member of Independence Kiwanis and, in his free time, he enjoys contributing to the community through Kiwanis and the GA Men’s Club, grilling meat on his Blackstone grill and watching his daughters play volleyball.
