Girls basketball remains undefeated at home, begins postseason play at home on February 22 at 7 p.m.

The varsity girls basketball team improved to 16-3 on the season with a recent win against Padua. Naz Hillmon '18 led the team with 18 points and 10 rebounds, while Athena Hocevar '21 (pictured) added 13 points and four assists.
The varsity girls basketball team improved to 16-3 on the season with a recent win against Padua. Emma Gurley '18 chipped in 11 points, while Annika Corcoran '19 had 10 points and five assists. Ten players scored in the contest as Gilmour remained undefeated at home for the year.

The team continues to rank in the top spot in the News-Herald Top of the Crop and is No. 4 in the latest Associated Press Division II State Girls Basketball Poll. The Lancers earned the top seed in the Lakeside Sectional/District tournament and will host a sectional final game on Thursday, Feb. 22 at 7 p.m. Fans are reminded that no passes are accepted for postseason tournaments, including Gilmour Family Athletic Passes, even for those games played on campus. This is per OHSAA regulations. Tickets for all home playoff games will be sold one hour prior to tip-off.
