Boys Prep Hockey Defeats Lake Forest Academy on Colosanti OT Goal
The boys prep hockey team went 3-1 this past weekend taking seven out of a possible eight points in MPHL league play. The team defeated Cheshire Academy 5-2, Shady Side Academy 3-2 and Lake Forest Academy 5-4 in overtime. The team's only loss was to St. Francis Prep 2–1 in overtime. The Lancers were led offensively by Jake Colosanti '18, who scored the game winner in OT vs. Lake Forest Academy, as well as contributed six points in the four games. The team has its Senior Celebration Weekend with a pair of games at home against the Pittsburgh Predators 18-U AAA. Please note the date changes from the original schedule. Gilmour will now play this Saturday, February 3 at 7:40 p.m. with a special senior ceremony to follow, and then on Sunday, February 4 at 8:20 a.m.
