Hodges and Lonardo Lead the Way for Middle School Boys and Girls Basketball Teams

The Middle School boys eighth-grade basketball team earned a 32-17 win against Andrews Osborne recently. Sean Hodges '22 (pictured) led the team in rebounding and had some great defensive plays. Offensive leaders included Josh Bruce '22 and Dorjan Flowers '22 with nine points apiece, while Nathan Flaherty '22 chipped in eight points.

 

The Middle School girls basketball team lost a close game to Andrews Osborne 40-30 last week. The team rallied from an even greater deficit to finish down 10. Giana Lonardo '22 led all scorers with 15 points. Mary Lombardo '22 (pictured) added seven points and was a catalyst on defense to help lead the comeback.
