Girls Swimming Finishes 10th at Northeast Classic

It was a good night at the Northeast Classic for varsity swimming this past weekend.
It was a good night at the Northeast Classic for varsity swimming this past weekend. The girls team finished 10th overall. Top finishes for the girls included the 200 Medley Relay (seventh place), the 400 Free Relay (ninth place) and the 200 Free Relay (11th). Celeste Koerwitz '19 (pictured) finished fifth in the 500 Free and eighth in the 200 Free. Abby Meyer '21 finished 15th in the 200 IM, while Meadow Hynd '19 was 16th in the 100 Backstroke. Cate O'Haimhirgin '20 (pictured) finished 5th in the 100 Breaststroke, setting a school record in the preliminaries. 
 
On the boys' side, Matt Vanone '20 took 15th in the 100 Fly and 18th in the 50 Free.
