The March speaker will be Scott Phillips, Jr., father of Madison Phillips ’29. Scott is a business leader, former professional athlete and collegiate football coach currently serving as offensive coordinator at John Carroll University. 

Before returning to football, Scott spent more than a decade in executive leadership across real estate and hospitality. He served as CEO of Keller Williams Greater Metropolitan Realty and later became an ownership advisor to Guarino’s Restaurant, Cleveland’s oldest restaurant. His professional career began as a professional arena football player before an ACL injury at age 28 prompted a pivotal career shift.

Over the past five years, Scott has worked in college football coaching and professional scouting, with stops at the University of Toledo, Kent State University, Westminster College, the Hula Bowl and the American Bowl College All-Star Game. His work focuses on player development and helping athletes transition from college football to the NFL.
