Girls Soccer
The varsity girls soccer team defeated West Geauga 3-0 in the OHSAA Division II Mentor district semifinals. Goals were scored by Kacie McPeek '19 (pictured), Sophia Garofalo '21 and Cora Grunden '19. The win advanced the Lancers to the district finals on Thursday against rival Lake Catholic. The Lancers played hard and got eight shots on goal, but unfortunately none found the back of the net. The game was scoreless until 18:40 remaining when the Cougars scored the lone goal of the game. The Lancers finish the season as district runners-up with an overall record of 12-4-3.
