Entrepreneurship Students Participate in Day-Long Program at JCU

Just before Fall Break, students in Ms. Kendall White’s entrepreneurship classes participated in Thinkfest, an entrepreneurship program created by The Veale Foundation and John Carroll University. The interactive program is designed to inspire high school students to develop and entrepreneurial mindset and to recognize, develop and pitch business ideas.

Students were divided into groups and over the course of the day, had to develop an idea, name it and pitch it to the group. Check out this video of group leaders Rain Wilson ’24 and Brock Sanders ’23 pitching their idea for a solar-powered charger/speaker to the crowd.
