Paul Primeau Meet is Today - Come Out and See Your Lancers in Action!
Join us this afternoon for the biggest athletic event held on campus and the oldest cross country meet in the state of Ohio - the 59th Annual Paul Primeau Invitational. The meet, originally called The Gilmour Cross Country Run was started in 1960. It was later renamed to honor longtime cross country coach, beloved teacher and GA superfan Paul Primeau.
This exciting competition, which brings thousands to campus, starts today at 4 p.m. and will feature a total of six races. Arrive early as the Gilmour varsity boys will be racing right at 4 p.m. and the Lancer varsity girls will be competing in the 5 p.m. race. Additional race times and information can be found here.
There will be a $5 parking fee per car for those entering campus after 3 p.m. so be sure to have your Family Athletic Pass on hand to avoid this charge.
