The girls tennis schedule was stifled last week due to inclement weather, allowing for only one varsity B match against Kenston. The Lancers lost, but saw gritty performances from singles players Isabella Martin '22, Lauren Kastelic '22 and Clara Morgan '22. This week, the varsity B team defeated Padua, 3-2 with wins at court 1 singles by Martin, court 3 singles by Angela Liu '20 and court 1 doubles by Natalie Mullen '19 and Siena DePenti '20. The varsity A team lost this week to Padua, but saw an excellent game from Ava Moe '22 (pictured) at court 3 singles to win in a tiebreaker.

 

Weekend Plans - The Lancers are off this weekend, but will return to action Monday with a varsity A match against Mayfield at Highland Heights Community Center.
