Alumni Association President Brenden Kelley ’08 hosted a virtual interview between Dr. Greg Sazima ’79 and Gilmour Wellness Coordinator Katie Gallagher. The discussion focused on Dr. Sazima’s new book, "Practical Mindfulness: A Physician’s No-Nonsense Guide to Meditation for Beginners."
