Hillmon Becomes All-Time Leading Scorer
During the break, varsity girls basketball player Naz Hillmon '18 achieved an amazing accomplishment. She became the new all-time scoring leader for the Gilmour girls basketball program. The post player reached the historic mark on December 23 in a win against Jackson High School in which she scored 23 points, taking her total to 1,659 points. The previous career scoring record was set a year earlier by Emily Kelley '18 who amassed 1,658 points. Kelley was on hand to present Hillmon with the game ball. Watch video of the event.
