Ohio Supreme Court Justice Visits Campus
Ohio Supreme Court Justice Judith French spoke to students on campus and shared interesting insights into her career as a lawyer and judge. From arguing cases in front of the US Supreme Court to serving as an appellate judge and now a justice of the Ohio Supreme Court, Justice French was an interesting speaker that had the students on the edges of their seats. After speaking with students after meeting with and hearing Justice French speak, the students said they enjoyed hearing the process in which cases make it to the Court and how they are decided, as well as the challenges justices have in ruling on controversial and emotional cases.
