Connor O'Toole Named News-Herald Player of the Week

The varsity boys basketball team went 2-1 this past week with wins against Chagrin Falls 60-46 and University School 78-56. The team's loss was to Spire Academy 77-69. For the trio of games, CJ Charleston '19 totaled 73 points, including a 36-point performance in the Battle of SOM. He also totaled 15 assists. Other top performers for the week included Dechlan Kirincic '18 with a combined 58 points, 24 rebounds and 14 assists and Mario Grk '18 with a total of 33 points in the three games. The team is in its final week of the regular season and will have the privilege of playing at Quicken Loans Arena Thursday afternoon against John Marshall at 2:30 p.m.  
 
A special congratulations to Connor O'Toole '20 (pictured), who was named News-Herald Player of the Week last week for his strong shooting performance that included five 3-pointers made in two different games!
