No. 2-Ranked Boys Prep Hockey Defeats No. 1 Team in State While Raising Money for Autism Speaks

The boys prep hockey team is currently ranked as the No. 2 prep team in the state. This past Friday, the Lancers hosted the No. 1 Ohio Blue Jackets in a Skate for a Solution Game to raise money and awareness for autism. Be sure to check out the online photo gallery. Not only did the Lancers defeat the best team in the state by a score of 6-3, but, more importantly, they raised more than $2,000 for the cause! Anyone still interested in making a tax-deductible donation can send a check payable to Autism Speaks to Associate Athletic Director Kristy Booher Angelo at 34001 Cedar Road, Gates Mills, OH 44040.
