Even with close matches against VASJ and Lake Catholic, the team's biggest success was earning a 2-1 record in the Cardinal Tournament. Co-captain Gabi Basic '21 helped her teammates progress throughout the year using her leadership skills, experience and program pride to motivate and inspire.

The freshman volleyball team ended the season with an overall record of 1-16. They continued to display significant improvement throughout the season. From learning the mechanics of an arm swing, to perimeter defense, each member of the team became more acclimated to the game and their respective positions with every match. Their hard work and commitment to improving throughout the season certainly paid off in their tri-match in October, as they dominated play in a two-set victory over Orange High School.
