The varsity A girls tennis team lost to Chagrin Falls and Padua last week. Against Padua, Ava Moe '22 was victorious on court three singles - 6-3, 4-6, 10-8.
The varsity B girls tennis team also may not have pulled out any team victories during the past week, but the Lancers did have several great individual performances. Clara Morgan '22 battled against Geneva, while Lauren Kastelic '22 (pictured) gained an individual win against Western Reserve Academy in Court One singles. Doubles duo Elisa Flynn '22 and Lily Kosar '21 played well against WRA, never giving up and showing great heart on Court Two.
Weekend Plans - The varsity A team will compete in the North Coast League (NCL) Tournament at Walsh Jesuit on Saturday.
