Boys Soccer

The varsity boys soccer team played just one game last week, ending in a 1-1 tie against Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin. Kessel Richards '21 (pictured) scored his first goal of the season as Matt Beck '21 recorded six saves to bring his season total to 30. Then earlier this week, the Lancers lost to an outstanding team from Archbishop Hoban, 3-0. Gilmour played a great first half, holding its opponent to just one goal. The junior varsity team was victorious in its only game of the past week, defeating NDCL, 2-0. The JV squad then lost a closely-contested match 4-3 to Hoban. Bowdan Slabe '20 led the team with two goals. 

 

Weekend Plans - Join the Lancers on campus as we welcome North High School from Akron for Homecoming games at 10 a.m. The JV game will be on the Upper Grass Field and the varsity game will be in Weber Stadium.
