Girls Tennis
This past week, the varsity A girls tennis team earned its first win of the season after defeating Avon 5-0. Annamarie Martin '19, Allie Mikolanis '19 and Isabella Martin '22 (pictured) had great singles court wins. Doubles wins came courtesy of Claire Jablonski '21 and Hadley Hairston '21, which was their fourth consecutive win as a team this season, and second doubles by Ava Moe '22 and Megan Whalen '20. Then, in a close 3-2 loss to Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin, great individual wins were recorded by Mikolanis at Court Two singles and the Court Two doubles team of Moe and Emma Kaplan '19.
