This month’s speaker will be John H. Reid III '76. John and his wife, Lisa, are the parents ofMargot '17. John has been self-employed his entire life, primarily as a professional photographer. He will be speaking about techniques that can be used to take photos of your children playing sports.
John was the team photographer for the Cleveland Browns for 35 years. He was also a NFL contract photographer and photographed 800 NFL games, including 11 championship games and a Super Bowl. He was also a MLB contract photographer and photographed five World Series and four All-Star Games. John is a member of the American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP).
John was born in Lehighton, Pennsylvania and moved to Ohio in 1960. In his spare time, he enjoys travel, music and art museums.
All Gilmour women are invited to attend the monthly meetings held on the first Wednesday of each month (except February, which will be held on the second Wednesday).

The Women’s Club invites all women of the Gilmour Academy community to gather during the school year for informal book discussions. The Book Club is open to mothers/guardians of current students from all grades; mothers of alumni; faculty and alumni. Meetings are scheduled for the second Thursday of the month (when school is in session) at 8:30 a.m., typically on campus in the Tudor House or Holy Cross Room. Check this calendar for location close to the date of the meeting.

Freshmen and their parents are invited to join us from 8-8:40 a.m. and sophomores and their parents from 8:40-9:20 a.m.
