We are excited to offer our "Adventures in Reading" Book Fair fundraiser this week - March 6-10! We are working with Fireside Book Shop again, and have many excellent titles to choose from, for students of every age. The book list and order form were sent home with students on Friday.
The Book Fair will be held in the Exhibition Hall and begins today during conferences. Parents are free to purchase or preview books from 8:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Hours will continue tomorrow during the school day through Friday, March 10. The Book Fair will close at 11:30 a.m. on Friday. Classroom Coordinators provided the schedule in a recent email. All men of Our Lady Chapel and Gilmour Academy and their guests are invited to join us for the Annual Men's Spring Retreat on Thursday, March 9. The retreat will begin with Mass in Our Lady Chapel at 5:30 p.m. followed by a hearty dinner and discussion led by Fr. John in the Lennon Board Room. The cost for the retreat is $20 (ability to pay is not a condition for attendance). If you cannot make it for the whole evening, come when you are able. This afternoon the senior class will participate in a workshop called College 101 to help prepare them for college life. The program, sponsored by the Women’s Club, will provide seniors the opportunity to learn valuable information from professionals on topics such as legal rights and responsibilities of college students, campus safety, money management suggestions and life on a college campus.
Parents are invited to lunch from 11 a.m. - noon to hear the same speakers.
