  1. If you have filled out an inquiry or Student Information form on Gilmour's website, you have a Gilmour account, which will pre-fill your application with your contact information and link to your existing inquiry/form.
    • Have your username and password? Log in to start the application.
    • Forgot your username or password? Go to Login Help to have your login information emailed to the address on file with Gilmour. You will receive two separate emails: one with your username and one with a link to set a password, which expires after 30 minutes.

  2. If you have not completed an online inquiry or Student Information form, you’ll need to create an online account.

SELECT YOUR CHILD IN THE TOP LEFT CORNER
Once logged in, click on your child’s name in the top left corner. If you are applying for more than one child or you currently have a child at Gilmour, you will see a drop-down titled “Children” from which you can select one of your children to access his/her application.

APPLICATION AND CHECKLIST
You will first see the Application and soon after starting the process you’ll also see a Checklist detailing the items required in the application process. In the right sidebar you will find a list of helpful tips to use as you navigate the process.

AFTER INITIAL LOGIN
To return to the application after your first login, click on the LOGIN tab at the top of our web pages. Do not use the links in Step 1.
