The online application is now available for grades 1-12.

To access our online application, you need to have registered first in order to request a username and password. If you have not yet registered, please complete the Application Request form

If you have already registered more than two days ago through the Register/Request Info or the above form, you can obtain your username and password to access the application by following the steps below. NOTE:Parents who already have a child at Gilmour should skip to Step 4.
1   Follow this link, and enter the email address entered with your admission inquiry. Check the boxes next to Username and Password and hit Send.
2   You will receive two separate emails. One will contain your username for Gilmour's website and the other will have a link to set your password. NOTE:  The link to set your password is only valid for 30 minutes.
3    When you follow the link to set your password, you will be taken to the login page. 
4   Once logged in, click on your child’s name in the top left corner. If you are applying for more than one child or you currently have a child at Gilmour, you will see a drop-down titled “Children” from which you can select one of your children to access his/her application.
5   You will then see the Application and a Checklist detailing the items required in the application process. In the right sidebar you will find a list of helpful tips to use as you navigate the process.

Students from Asia

Gilmour Academy has partnered with The Cambridge Network to properly place all applicants from Asia during their admissions process. 

International students coming from China, South Korea, and Vietnam are asked to work through The Cambridge Network. Gilmour Academy partners with Cambridge to ensure the best possible educational experience for our students and to help guide them through the admissions process and placement. Cambridge's program prepares students for life abroad prior to arriving at Gilmour Academy and continues to provide international students with on-going support through the school year.
