Additionally, we publicly recognized the seniors who were named National Merit Scholarship Award winners in September.
Of the 1.5 million students who took the qualifying PSAT last fall, 34,000 received Letters of Commendation. Congratulations to our three Commended Scholars - Zachary Mangel ’21, Liam Ryan ’21 and James Zhou ’21.
Of those 1.5 million students who entered the competition, less than two percent go on to be named National Merit Semifinalists. Congratulations to our three Semifinalists - Eric Brandt ’21, Mollie Edmondson ’21 and Joseph Rottinghaus ’21.
