Updated April 21, 2020

Gov. DeWine has now ordered that all schools remain closed through the end of the school year. During that time, all instruction will be completed remotely and Gilmour’s campus will be closed. All spring athletics and extracurriculars have now been canceled.
During this time, administrators and faculty/staff are hard at work and picking up their emails and voicemails while working remotely.
During this closure period, Our Lady Chapel will livestream the 10 a.m. Mass each Sunday. To access the livestream, visit gilmour.org/live.
We know that many have questions around previously scheduled events such as Alumni Outreach events, Prom, Commencement and Reunion Weekend. Below is the most current information on these events:
  • All alumni outreach events have been canceled.
  • Reunion Weekend 2020 has been canceled as well. Alumni with graduation years ending in 0 and 5 will celebrate next year with those ending in 1 and 6. More details will be posted as soon as they are available.
  • Prom, which was scheduled for May 16, has been canceled. We are considering options for some type of alternative event to Prom, but no decisions have been made yet.
  • The Baccalaureate Mass and Commencement ceremony have been tentatively rescheduled for August 1 and 2.
For our prospective families, our Admission Office is open, but working remotely. Please contact (440) 473-8050 or admission@gilmour.org with any admission questions. Our application process is done electronically, so we continue to accept applications during this time period. We understand that ISEE test dates have been postponed, so please contact us to discuss how to proceed with your application if you have not yet taken the ISEE.
Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns. We’ve assembled this special list of campus contacts you might need to reach during this time.
