Online Refund Policy
The website provides members of the Gilmour community with the ability to make gifts to Gilmour and pay certain fees and charges that may be due Gilmour online. The Refund Policy set forth below has been adopted to inform students, parents and other members of the Gilmour community who visit this website for any purpose ("users") how Gilmour will handle claims for refunds of any amounts paid online after a payment has been processed.
Except as provided above, the obligation to pay the charges for tuition, books and supplies and other fees included on Gilmour’s Schedule of Tuition and Fees for an academic year is unconditional and no portion of such charges so paid or outstanding will be refunded or cancelled, regardless of the subsequent absence, withdrawal or dismissal of a student from Gilmour.
Summer Camp Refund Policy
Registration fees for Gilmour’s Summer Day Camp programs which are paid online are non-refundable unless cancelled by June 1. If registration for a camp program is cancelled prior to June 1, registration fees will be refunded subject to the deduction of a $100 cancelation fee. If you wish to cancel your registration for Gilmour’s Summer Day Camp program, you must contact the Camp Director at (440) 684-4580.
Sponsored Events Refund Policy
Registration fees for other Gilmour-sponsored events which are paid online (such as the Annual Golf Outing, Gold Ticket Raffle, Lunch with Santa, auctions, luncheons, etc.) are fully refundable if registration is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the event. If your registration is not cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the event, the registration fees for that event are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your registration for a multi-week session, you must contact Gilmour’s Development Office at (440) 473-8001.
Online gifts and donations are non-refundable.
