Assistant Coach Varsity/ Head Coach Junior Varsity
8th Season (2012-13)
Jim Galloway is in his eighth year as a member of the Gilmour Academy girls basketball coaching staff serving as an assistant coach with the varsity team and head coach of the junior varsity team. He is also in his fourth year as the head coach of the Lancer softball team after serving as an assistant coach with the program for four seasons. His relationship with current Lancer varsity girls basketball head coach Bob Beutel dates back several years earlier when the two coached together at Eastlake North High School. Galloway was an assistant at North with the girls basketball program from 1999-2005.
A graduate of Euclid High School, Galloway played basketball for the Panthers and was a member of the pitching staff for the baseball team that went to the state finals during the 1978-79 season. He continued his education at Bowling Green State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in communication.
Galloway currently resides in Willowick, Ohio, with his wife of 25 years, Terri. They have three children, Kathleen and Erin, graduates of Gilmour, and current Gilmour senior, Joey who is a pitcher for the Lancer varsity baseball team. Galloway is employed as an investigator with the Ohio Attorney General – a position he has held for 15 years. He also volunteers with youth ministry for St. Mary Magdalene and is a volunteer coach and official for the City of Willowick’s youth basketball and baseball leagues.

Greg Dugger is in his eighth year with the Gilmour Academy girls basketball program serving as an assistant coach with the varsity team, as well as the junior varsity team. His arrival came after he served as an assistant to current Lancer head coach Bob Beutel with the Eastlake North High School girls basketball program from 1999-2005.
A graduate of North High, Dugger was an all-conference honoree in both basketball and baseball. He continued his career as a dual-sport athlete at Tiffin University. He is a current supervisor for Lincoln Electric, which has been his employer for the past 23 years. Dugger and his wife, Lori, currently reside in Eastlake, Ohio, and have three children, Ashley, Halle and current Gilmour 11th grade student, Kelsey who is a member of the Lancer varsity basketball and softball teams. Dugger is also in his fourth season as an assistant coach with the Lancer softball team.
